Decide with your Loan Officer which loan is best for you

  • Jumbo Loan vs. Conventional Combo
  • Mortgage Insurance vs. No Mortgage Insurance
Step Six
Sign disclosure and lock the rate

Step Seven
Bring all income documentation and paperwork to your loan officer, he/she will guide you through the process
  • 2 years recent tax returns
  • 2 years of W-2’s / 1099’s
  • 2 months of bank statements
  • Most recent 3 paystubs
  • Driver’s license or passport
  • Social Security card copies

Step Eight
Loan is submitted to underwriting

Receive an Approval/Denial
